The value for money at Hafod Guest House was excellent and our room wassuper clean and cozy.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

It was conveniently situated near Devils Bridge, with access to the fine natural attractions in the area.

Fabulous location, friendly staff, excellent food and beer, modern twist to historic building, superb refurbished room.

Although the twin room was a bit dated, it was still cozy. Unfortunately, the suite was fully booked, but the dining area was lovely with amazing food. the location of the guest house is stunning, with picturesque views. the bedrooms have been recently upgraded to a high standard, especially the bathrooms. The staff even went above and beyond to assist us with our bags, as our room was on the top floor and there was no lift. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like 👍.

the bed linen, pillows, and mattress were of a high standard, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. the view from my window was picture-perfect, and the room itself was 10/10. the breakfast at the guest house was exceptional, with evidence of high-quality produce being used. Greg, one of the staff members, was delightful to converse with and incredibly knowledgeable. all the staff I encountered were an absolute credit to the business. I can't wait to return and have already recommended Hafod Guest House to my friends. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

Fantastic location with gorgeous views from our front room. Pleasant staff and good room. Really delicious food, especially the cooked breakfast and roast beef dinner. The devils bridge and steam train provided amazing experiences.

The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the waterfalls and a short walk from the bridge. The view from the room was amazing and I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.

The wifi was quite poor, which was frustrating as there was also limited mobile coverage in the area. It made it difficult to stay connected and contact my kids.

We recently stayed at The Hafod for one night on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate. Despite the ongoing renovations, our room was excellent with a high spec and a great view. The food was top notch and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's historic exterior and attractive interior design, along with the lovely attention to visual detail, made for a charming and comfortable stay. The location, with its evocative views over the dramatic Vale of Rheidol, was simply breathtaking.
